Data we collect
When you fill in a form on the site (quote, booking, visa, flight, hotel or contact), we receive the information you enter: your name, contact details (phone, email address), details of your travel plans (destination, dates, number of travellers) and your message.
Purposes and legal basis
- Handling your quote, booking or information request and replying to you: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, where applicable, performance of a contract.
- Getting back to you about the request you made: your consent, given when you submit the form.
- Meeting our legal and accounting obligations when a booking is concluded.
We do not use your data for marketing without your agreement and we never sell it.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the 3H Travel team. It is shared with third parties (airlines, hotels, service providers, consulates) only as far as needed to fulfil your request and with your agreement. The site is hosted on a VPS server in France.
Retention period
Data linked to a request is kept for as long as needed to handle it, then for three (3) years after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. It is then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising cookies or tracking or profiling technologies. Only technical mechanisms strictly necessary for the site to work may be used.
Your rights
Under Tunisian Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for residents of the European Union, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, as well as the right to object and, where applicable, to restrict processing and to data portability.
