What we do, and what we do not do

3H Travel supports your application; the decision rests with the consular authorities. No guarantee of obtaining the visa is given.

The service

We help you prepare your visa application for the Schengen area: checking the document list, organising the file, advice on the form and help with booking the appointment.

Processing is carried out by the competent consulate or application centre; timelines vary with the time of year.

The agency supports the preparation of the file and the appointment booking, but the decision rests solely with the consular authorities: visa approval is never guaranteed.

Documents usually requested

  • Valid passport (validity depends on the country, to be confirmed)
  • Recent ID photos meeting the standards
  • Proof of funds (recent bank statements)
  • Proof of occupation or study (employer or school certificate…)
  • Travel and accommodation bookings or a planned itinerary
  • Travel insurance covering the stay

For information only: the exact list depends on your situation and the consulate's requirements, and we confirm it after reviewing your request.

Visa questions

Can you guarantee my visa?

No. The decision rests exclusively with the consular authorities. We help you prepare a clear, complete file, but no agency can guarantee a result.

How far ahead should I start my visa process?

As early as possible: several weeks before departure, or more in high season. Timelines vary by country and consulate, and we give you an indication case by case.

Do Tunisians need a visa for Türkiye?

Not for tourism: ordinary Tunisian passport holders are visa-exempt for stays of up to 90 days. A valid passport (six months recommended), a return ticket and an accommodation booking may be requested on arrival. Check the official rules before each trip.

How far in advance should I apply for a Schengen visa from Tunisia?

Applications can be lodged up to six months before the trip. Given how hard it is to get an appointment at the centres (TLScontact, VFS…), start two to three months ahead, especially for summer and holidays. The legal processing time is 15 days, sometimes extended. The decision rests with the consulate.
