About this destination

Cairo is a living megacity of more than twenty million people, a few kilometres from the Giza plateau where the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure and the Sphinx stand. Between the Nile, the Citadel, the mosques of the historic city and the Khan el-Khalili bazaar, the Egyptian capital offers a dive into five thousand years of history.
