France
The Eiffel Tower, Seine cruises, museums and neighbourhoods made for strolling.
Paris is discovered on foot, from the Île de la Cité to Montmartre via the banks of the Seine. Some of the world’s richest museums, monuments, cafés, department stores and village-like neighbourhoods: the French capital remains the European destination most requested by our travellers. A Schengen visa is required for Tunisian passport holders.
Direct flights link Djerba to Paris (Orly or Charles de Gaulle) depending on the season, in about 3 hours; otherwise via Tunis, from where flights are daily. A short-stay Schengen visa is compulsory: applications are lodged at the TLScontact centre for France (Tunis or Sfax), two to three months before departure. We help you put the file together, with no guarantee of approval. In Paris, the metro and RER serve the whole city.
Spring (April-June) and early autumn (September-October) are the most pleasant. Summer is lively but very busy; December charms with its lights and Christmas windows. Pack rain gear in every season.
